Delivery

All orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order. UK items

will be sent using a courier service with a fee of £4.95 for an order of any size. There

is also a free ‘pick-up’ option. I use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.

Please contact me for international deliveries. Local taxes or import duties will be the

responsibility of the customer.

Items are packed with care to ensure safe arrival but because ceramics are fragile

breakages sometimes occur.

Should this happen please contact me with photographs of the damage within 2 days

of receiving it and I will replace or issue a full refund.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes but please contact me first for delivery details before ordering.

Are your items dishwasher safe? Yes but to prolong their life wash by hand.
